ORANGE-CRANBERRY PUNCH 1 bottle (1 pt.) cranberry juice, chilled 1/2 pt. soft orange sherbet few drops red food color 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar 1 (7 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled Combine cranberry juice and 3/4 cup sherbet in large bowl. Beat with rotary beater or spoon until sherbet is melted. Add food color, sugar to taste and ginger ale. Stir to mix well. Spoon rest of sherbet into 3 or 4 tall glasses. Pour punch over sherbet.
