EGG McMUFFIN

1 lb. sausage, cooked and
crumbled or diced ham or
bacon
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm
(herbal season) stuffing
mix

Beat eggs and stir in all other ingredients. Fill muffin
tin. Let set overnight. Top with grated cheese of choice.
Cover with foil for first 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to
30 minutes. Serve inside hot biscuit. You may wrap and
freeze. When you have breakfast company simply thaw and pop in
microwave oven and you don't have to worry about taking egg
orders as everyone loves these little egg cakes.
