BROILED TURKEY AND CHEESE SANDWICHES 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears or broccoli spears 2 Tbsp. deviled ham (if desired) 2 slices toast, buttered sliced cooked turkey 2 slices processed American cheese Cook asparagus spears as directed on package. Drain. Spread 1 tablespoon ham on each slice toast. Top with turkey slices, half the asparagus spears and a cheese slice. Set oven control at broil and/or 550 degrees. Broil sandwiches with tops 6-inches from heat just until cheese is bubbly, about 1 minute. Watch carefully! Makes 2 servings.
