CHOKECHERRY JELLY 5 c. chokecherry juice 1 pkg. powdered pectin 1/3 c. lemon juice 8 1/2 c. sugar Mix juices and pectin; boil 3 minutes. Add sugar and cook 6 to 8 minutes until mixture will form sheets from spoon. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 10 (8 ounce) jars.
