MINT TEA

handful of fresh mint
2 (2 oz.) tea bags
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. (12 oz.) orange juice
1 1/4 c. sugar
8 to 10 c. water

In pot boil water, add handful of mint and tea bags.
Cover for 30 minutes. Remove bags; add juices and sugar. Pour
tea through strainer. Add enough water to make one gallon.
