SOUTHERN MINT TEA PUNCH 1 qt. boiling water 7 regular tea bags 2 c. sugar 2 c. fresh mint 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate 7 1/2 oz. lemon juice water Pour boiling water over tea bags, sugar and fresh mint. Steep 20 minutes. Strain. Add orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and enough water to make 1 gallon of punch. Chill. Serve over crushed ice or ice block in punch bowl. Decorate with additional fresh mint. Yields 1 gallon.
