FRUIT SANDWICH SPREAD

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese,
softened
1 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. finely chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped pitted dates

Combine cream cheese, milk and lemon juice; beat until
smooth. Stir in fruit. Serve on small pieces of bread.
Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top of sandwich.
