WILD GRAPE JELLY

I nearly despaired of making wild grape jelly, picking
off each tiny berry, until a neighbor told me I was doing a lot
of unnecessary work.
Cook a large pot of grapes (stems and all) with one or
two cups of water. Bring to a boil, crushing the grapes. Put
through colander for juice. Mix 5 cups juice with 1 package
Sure-Jell, bring to a boil. Add 7 cups of sugar, all at once.
Bring to a hard boil (cannot be stirred down) for 1 minute.
Skim off foam. Stir to cool (about 1 minute). Pour into
prepared jars. Seal with wax. Enjoy!
