BBQ FOR FORTY

10 lb. diced pork
1 gal. barbecue sauce
1 lb. brown sugar

Boil or steam pork until very done. Drain off the
grease. Heat barbecue sauce and brown sugar together for at
least 1/2 hour or longer. After pork has cooled, mash it up.
Add barbecue sauce and mix. Warm and serve.
Note: If time permits, prepare and refrigerate over-
night for better flavor.
