MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
3 qt. popped popcorn
1/2 tsp. soda

Spray Pam in a paper bag. Add 3 quart popped popcorn.
In a microwave bowl, bring to a boil (about 2 minutes)
brown sugar, margarine, syrup and salt. Stir every 2 minutes
(6 minutes total time on High). Add 1/2 teaspoon soda and stir
until foamy. Pour over popcorn in paper bag. Shake. Micro-
wave 1 1/2 minutes on High. Shake. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on
High. Shake and cool. Spread on cookie sheet.
