BAKED MAPLE BANANAS 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 3 Tbsp. maple syrup 4 bananas, peeled, cut in half and sliced lengthwise 1 Tbsp. lemon juice In medium-size microproof baking dish, cook butter on High (Maximum power) 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in maple syrup. Place bananas in dish, coat well with butter mixture using spoon. Cook on Maximum power 1 minute. Turn bananas, cook on Maximum 1 1/2 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve warm.
