FRAGRANT GRAINS FROM THE MICROWAVE

This "Oriental" recipe always get raves even from people
who are timid about "exotic" healthful food. The combination
of grains makes it a complete protein and it reheats easily in
the microwave.
Notes: The ginger in the recipe is the kind you find at
holiday time at your supermarket or grocery store. Mince it in
the blender or food processor. It keeps indefinitely.
Bulgar Wheat is usually found in the "health" food
section of supermarkets and may be called "cracked wheat". It
is a whole grain. Do not get a prepared "pilaf".
