TEN MINUTE BEEF STROGANOFF

1 lb. round steak
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms,
sliced with liquid
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour

Trim fat from meat. Cut meat diagonally across grain in
very thin strips. (It's easier to cut if partially frozen.)
Melt butter for 45 to 60 seconds on High. Add meat and cook
for 3 minutes on High. Add 2/3 cup water and mushrooms. Stir
in soup mix and heat to boiling. Mix sour cream and flour,
stirring to blend. Add hot mixture. Add catsup and garlic
powder. Cook on 70% power until mixture thickens. Do not
overcook or meat will be tough.
