CHINESE BARBECUED CHICKEN 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. oil 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 clove garlic, minced 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, skin removed Combine soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, mustard, ginger and garlic in a 2-quart microwave safe dish. Add chicken and coat with sauce mixture. Let chicken marinate in sauce for at least 30 minutes. Microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes. Turn chicken over and baste with sauce. Continue to cook 13 to 16 minutes on 70% power or until chicken is tender.
