TRADITIONAL MEAT LOAF 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 egg 1 small onion, chopped 1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers 1/4 c. chopped celery 1 Tbsp. catsup 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine all ingredients well. Spread mixture in micro- wave safe dish evenly. Do not cover. Microwave on High, 13 to 18 minutes. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after half cooking time. Test center of loaf. Meat should be firm and lose pink color. Let stand 5 minutes uncovered.
