2 c. cooked shrimp
2 Tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
1 stick butter
2 tsp. chopped shallots
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. dry sherry
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
Combine all ingredients except shrimp and microwave on
High 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes to melt butter and cook shallots.
Stir in shrimp. Let sit about 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes to serving temperature. Good
served with wild rice.
