MICROWAVE HOT COCOA|
2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
1/4 c. hot water
1 3/4 c. milk
Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in 1 quart casserole.
Stir in water until smooth. Microwave at High 45 seconds to 1
1/4 minutes or until heated through. Before serving, beat
until frothy. If desired, watch and stop cooking before milk
boils and forms a skin on top. Makes 2 servings.
