MICROWAVE A TURKEY IN A COOKING BAG|
Brush turkey with a mixture of 1 tablespoon brown
bouquet sauce and 4 tablespoon butter. Dry turkey thoroughly
before brushing or sauce will not cling to bird. Shield
breastbone area and legs with strips of aluminum foil held in
place with toothpicks. Place turkey in bag and arrange in a
roasting dish. If desired, lightly oil inside of bag over
breast to prevent sticking. Add 1/2 cup water or chicken
broth. Close bag securely using plastic tie. Slash bag near
closure. Microwave at Medium 11 to 13 minutes per pound.
