MEXICAN DIP

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. micro shake (optional)
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles,
undrained
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
10 sliced ripe black olives
(optional)

Crumble beef in 1 quart casserole dish. Mix with micro
shake. Microwave Full power 5 to 6 minutes, until no pink in
meat. Break in small pieces and drain. In deep 9-inch pie
plate (glass) layer beans, beef, chiles and taco sauce. Cover
with wax paper and microwave on Medium-high 8 to 10 minutes
until heated. Top with cheese and olives. Microwave Full
power 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Dip or serve over
tortilla chips on plate for main dish.
