MICROWAVE CHEESE DIP 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 5 oz. jar sharp American cheese spread 1/2 c. beer 1 Tbsp. snipped chives or onion tops 1/4 tsp. horseradish 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 qt. microwavable dish Combine cheese and heat until softened (1 minute).
