6 boneless pork chops
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. milk
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. oil
Dip chops into flour, egg and milk, then bread crumbs.
Place on browning grill that has been preheated 5 minutes.
Oil, grill, and cook chops 2 minutes; turn over, cook 3 1/2 to
6 minutes or until brown and not pink inside.
