GINGER BEEF

2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. flank steak, sliced
thinly
1 medium green pepper, cut
into strips
4 small green onions, chopped
1 tomato, cut into wedges

Blend water, soy sauce, Bouquet sauce, cornstarch,
ginger and garlic powder. Coat onto flank steak, stir in green
pepper and onion. Put into a ring dish or 2 quart casserole.
Microwave 8 to 10 minutes or until meat and peppers are tender,
stir 2 to 3 times. Stir in tomatoes. Microwave on High for 1
to 2 minutes.
