CREAMED PEAS

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. Coffee-mate
1 (1 lb.) can peas, undrained

In 1 quart casserole, melt butter on High for 30 to 45
seconds. Blend in flour, cream substitute, salt and pepper.
Add undrained peas, Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes, stir
every 2 minutes until thick.
Note: Boiled onions could be used in this sauce. If
using frozen peas, add 1 (10 ounce) box and 1 cup water.
