EVERYDAY COFFEE CAKE 1 1/2 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 2 Tbsp. oil 1/3 c. Bisquick 1/3 c. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. nuts, chopped 3/4 c. confectioners sugar 1 Tbsp. milk Mix 1 1/2 cups Bisquick and 1/4 cup sugar; add milk, egg and oil, beat by hand. Pour into 8-inch round dish. Blend remaining Bisquick, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter and sprinkle with nuts. Micro- wave on High for 5 to 7 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; drizzle with glaze of confectioners sugar and milk.
