GINGER PEACH PARFAIT

1 small pkg. pudding mix
(cooked kind, not instant)
1 c. drained peaches
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/4 tsp. ginger

Cook pudding 4 minutes on High; stir and cook 2 more
minutes or until thick. Stir in peaches; cover with plastic
wrap and chill until cool and set. Blend spices into Cool
Whip. Layer pudding and Cool Whip in glasses; top with a
cherry.
