EASY MEAT LOAF FOR MICROWAVE 2 lb. ground beef 1 medium potato, grated 2 carrots, grated 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 egg 1/4 c. ketchup 1/2 c. ketchup (to pour over loaf) Mix all ingredients and form into loaf shape in microproof dish. Indent down middle of loaf and pour 1/4 cup ketchup over loaf. Bake in microwave at 60% power setting. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
