MICROWAVE HAMBURGERS 1 lb. lean ground beef salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet mixed with 2 Tbsp. water Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Form 3 to 4 patties. Place on roasting rack. Microwave 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 4 minutes on High, or until desired doneness, turning once.
