PEANUT CRISPY BARS 1/4 c. margarine 1/3 c. peanut butter 5 c. crispy rice cereal 5 c. miniature or 40 large marshmallows 1 c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts Place margarine in 3 quart microproof casserole. Cook on High 1 minute. Add marshmallows. Cover with casserole lid and cook on High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until soft, stirring once. Stir in peanut butter until blended. Mix in cereal and peanuts. Press warm mixture into lightly buttered 12 x 7 x 2-inch dish. Cool before cutting into bars. Makes 36 bars.
