1/2 c. margarine
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown
1 tsp. vanilla
Grease a 9-inch glass baking dish. In a microwave-safe
bowl or saucepan, microwave margarine at High 45 seconds or
until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients in order listed:
eggs, flour, nuts, brown sugar and vanilla. Spread in prepared
pan. Place dish on inverted saucer in microwave. Microwave at
High 5 to 7 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.
Cool directly on countertop. Makes 16 (2-inch) squares.
