Micro- wave at High (100%) until tender-crisp, 4 to 6 minutes. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave at High (100%) until vegetables are tender, 2 to 4 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
