4 medium zucchini, thinly
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt

Place zucchini in 1 1/2 quart casserole; cover. Micro-
wave at High (100%) until tender-crisp, 4 to 6 minutes. Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave at High (100%) until
vegetables are tender, 2 to 4 minutes, stirring after half the
cooking time. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
