ROCKY ROAD CANDY

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet or
milk chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. half and half
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. shredded coconut

Combine chocolate chips and half and half in medium
bowl. Microwave at Medium-high (70%) until chocolate chips are
melted, 1 to 3 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Stir in
vanilla and remaining ingredients until coated. Press into
greased square baking dish (8 x 8-inches). Chill. Makes 2
dozen candies.
