1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. catsup or tomato sauce

Cut green peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and
membranes. Set aside. Mix beef, tomato sauce, rice, egg,
oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spoon into pepper
