MICROWAVE SPICY PUMPKIN CAKE

1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose
flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Topping:
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Batter: Whip together thoroughly sugar and eggs. Add
oil and pumpkin. Stir thoroughly. Sift together all the dry
ingredients and add to the pumpkin mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into ungreased cake dish. Level out and tap down. Set
aside.
Topping: Cut together flour, brown sugar, butter and
nuts until it resembles soft crumbs. Sprinkle on top of cake
batter. Bake in microwave on Medium power for 6 minutes. Then
increase power and finish on High for 5 minutes.
