MEXICAN STACK-UP

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1 oz.) dry taco
seasoning
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. taco sauce
1 can (23 oz.) Ranch Style
beans, drained
2 large flour tortillas
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese

Place meat in a 3-quart baking pan; cover. Microwave 3
minutes on High power. Stir to crumble and continue cooking 2
to 3 minutes or until brown. Add taco seasoning and chili
powder. Combine drained beans and 1/4 cup taco sauce in food
processor and process until smooth. Place 1 tortilla in a pie
pan. Layer half the meat, beans, onion, taco sauce and cheese.
Repeat layers over second tortilla, ending with cheese on top.
Microwave on High 9 minutes. Slice in wedges and serve warm.
