GRILLED SWORDFISH STEAKS

2 swordfish steaks (8 oz.
each)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
lemon pepper
paprika

Preheat 9-inch browning dish on High (Maximum power) for
5 minutes. Brush swordfish steaks on one side only with oil.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and paprika. Place seasoned side
down on preheated dish. Cook, covered, 1 to 2 minutes or just
until swordfish flakes. Turn over, cover and let stand 2
minutes. Turn over and serve immediately.
