ORANGE GINGER PORK CHOPS 6 lean pork loin chops 1/4 c. orange juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. ground ginger 6 slices orange peel 1/2 c. dairy sour cream Total cooking time: 2 minutes. Trim fat from pork chops. Place in oblong microproof baking dish. Pour orange juice over chops. Cover with waxed paper; cook on 70 (Roast) 12 minutes. Turn chops over; sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and ginger. Place slice orange peel on top of each chop. Cook, covered, on High (Maximum power) 10 minutes. Top each chop with spoonful of sour cream and let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
