SUNSHINE CHICKEN FOR ONE 2 tsp. butter or margarine 1 chicken breast, half skinned and boned 1 envelope instant onion soup 1 tsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. orange juice 1 tsp. honey Put butter in a small baking dish and microwave on High for 30 seconds. Place chicken in dish. Mix together the onion soup mix, cornstarch, orange juice and honey. Pour mixture over chicken and cover with waxed paper. Turning chicken over midway through cooking, microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes.
