MEAT LOAF 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. bread crumbs 2/3 c. milk 1 small onion, chopped 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. catsup Mix together all ingredients except catsup. Shape into a loaf in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf dish. Spread catsup over top. Cover with waxed paper for a moister surface on the loaf. For a dry surface, cook uncovered. Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 22 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink. Allow to stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
