3 lb. pork spareribs
2 c. water
1 large onion, sliced thin
12 oz. barbecue sauce

Place ribs, meaty side down, in a baking dish. Add
water. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on Medium (50%) for
55 to 60 minutes or until tender. Turn ribs over halfway
through cooking and top with onions. Drain. Pour sauce over
ribs. Cover. Microwave on Medium (50%) for 10 to 15 minutes
or until heated through.
