MICROWAVE CRAB DIP

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped bell
pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 can golden cream of mushroom
soup
1 can claw crab meat
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Put margarine in 3 quart Corning dish. Microwave on
High 1 minute. Add onion, celery, bell pepper and parsley.
Microwave on High 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking
time. Stir in soup, garlic powder and red pepper. Fold in
crab gently. Microwave on High 5 minutes, stirring once
through cooking time. Remove from microwave and stir in bread
crumbs. Serve hot with crackers or Doritos.
