BAKED FISH "MICROWAVE" 1 lb. fish fillets salt 3 green onions, chopped 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. butter 1 Tbsp. flour dash of cayenne pepper 1/3 c. ripe olives, sliced 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped Spread fillets in single layer in shallow greased dish. Sprinkle with salt, onion and lemon juice. Cover and microwave about 6 minutes. In another container, melt butter; blend in flour, cayenne pepper and dash of salt. Drain cooking liquids from fish into this mixture and cook until thickened. Add olives and parsley; pour over fish and reheat, if necessary.
