1 whole fryer, cut in pieces
1/2 bottle Italian salad
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 whole medium onion, sliced
1 whole bell pepper, sliced or
Place small amount of salad dressing in 10-inch glass
baking dish. Add onions and bell pepper. Place chicken skin
side down and thick sides toward outside. Pour salad dressing
over top. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes. Turn and cook 10
to 12 additional minutes. Barbecue sauce may be substituted
for salad dressing.
