MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. ketchup 1 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. paprika 2 Tbsp. ketchup (for top) Mix together beef, onion, crumbs, egg, ketchup, milk and seasonings. Mold into a rounded flat loaf in 9-inch pie plate or microwave ring mold. Spread ketchup evenly over top of loaf. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave High 15 to 20 minutes, turning dish one half turn after 6 minutes and again one half turn after 6 minutes. Let stand covered about 10 minutes to firm before serving. Makes 6 servings.
