CHICKEN CASSEROLE 1 1/4 c. quick cooking rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water 1 green bell pepper, diced 1 Tbsp. minced onion 2 Tbsp. oil 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 lb. cut up chicken 2 Tbsp. melted butter (to butter add 1 tsp. salt) Mix rice, soup, water, green pepper, onion and Worcestershire sauce in a casserole dish. Layer chicken on the rice mixture. Melted butter and salt is brushed on the chick- en. Sprinkle paprika on. Cover casserole with wax paper. Place in microwave for 30 minutes on High. Let set 10 to 15 minutes after cooking.
