1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded, unpeeled

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
dash of nutmeg
1/4 c. milk

Combine ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, zucchini,
salt and pepper; mix well in a medium bowl. Form into 24
meatballs, about 1 1/2 inch in size. Arrange in a round dish.
Cover with wax paper, microwave on (High) for 4 minutes,
redistribute meatballs, then microwave another 2 to 3 minutes
on High or until meat is set. Drain fat.
In small bowl combine sauce ingredients. Pour over
meatballs. Cover with wax paper and microwave 5 to 6 minutes on
(High) until hot and bubbly.
