BROCCOLI SALAD 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. sugar 1 to 2 heads broccoli (or 2 pkg. frozen) 1 onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. Bac*Os 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; set aside. Clean and chop broccoli. Place in dish and microwave on High 8 to 12 minutes (fresh) and 8 to 12 minutes (frozen). Drain well. Mix broccoli with dressing: onion, Bac*Os and pecans or walnuts. Refrigerate overnight.
