ORANGE GINGER PORK CHOPS

6 lean pork chops
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 large orange, peeled and
sliced
dairy sour cream

Trim fat from pork chops. Place in an oblong microproof
baking dish. Pour orange juice over chops. Cover with waxed
paper and cook on High (Maximum power) for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven. Turn chops over. Sprinkle with salt
and ginger. Place an orange slice on top of each chop. Cover
and cook on High (Maximum power) for 10 minutes. Remove from
oven. Top each chop with a spoonful of sour cream. Cover and
let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
