"BOB'S" STUFFED PORK CHOPS 1 large orange, peeled and chopped 2 Tbsp. raisins 2 Tbsp. fresh bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. minced celery 1 egg 1/8 tsp. poultry season 2 loin pork chops (1-inch thick) with pockets Combine all ingredients, except pork chops. Stir until well mixed. Stuff pork chops. Preheat browning dish according to manufacturer's directions. Set chops in browning dish. Cook on High 4 to 6 minutes. Turn and cook on High 4 to 6 minutes or until meat is done. Makes 2 servings. Cooking time: 16 to 20 minutes.
