2 large baking apples
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. firmly packed brown
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. golden raisins

Core apples and slit skin around the middle of each
apple to prevent skin from bursting. Place apples in small
individual microproof baking dishes. Place butter in 1-cup
glass measure. Cook on 50 for 30 seconds. Stir in sugar,
cinnamon and raisins. Fill each apple with sugar mixture.
Cover each dish with plastic wrap. Place dishes in oven and
cook on High 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Cooking time: 4
1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes.
