SALISBURY STEAK

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine ground beef, 1/4 soup, 1/2 mushrooms (chopped),
egg, 1/4 cup milk, bread crumbs, onions and pepper. Shape into
6 patties and arrange in oblong baking dish. Heat covered with
wax paper 13 to 14 minutes on Power Level 9, turning patties
over and rearranging once. Drain and let stand 5 minutes.
Heat rest of soup, mushrooms and milk 2 to 3 minutes on Power
Level 9, stirring once. Pour sauce over patties and garnish,
if desired, with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
